TAMPA, Fla. – Today, Senator Rick Scott held a press conference on hurricane preparedness in Tampa ahead of the start of the 2019 Hurricane Season on June 1^st. Senator Scott joined local officials and representatives from the Small Business Administration and the Department of Housing and Urban Development to share resources and tools available to Floridians ahead of storm season. Senator Scott also visited Pensacola, Orlando, Miami and Jacksonville this week to promote hurricane preparedness.
