WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Senator Rick Scott joined Senator Josh Hawley and colleagues to introduce a resolution to censure Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for directly threatening two U.S. Supreme Court Justices. This resolution was also sponsored by Senators Steve Daines, Mike Braun, Thom Tillis, Kelly Loeffler, Kevin Cramer, Ben Sasse, Joni Ernst, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, David Perdue, Tim Scott, Jim Inhofe and Martha McSally.

Senator Rick Scott said, “Attacking Supreme Court Justices was a new low, even for Chuck Schumer. This kind of intimidation is disgusting and should not be tolerated, and I’m proud to join Senator Hawley in sponsoring this resolution to censure Schumer for his threats. This just shows you how far left Democrats have gone. They can’t get anything done, so they take the dangerous step of attacking Members of the Supreme Court.”
