ORLANDO, Fla. – Today, Senator Rick Scott hosted a roundtable with community and business leaders about the negative impacts of America’s raging inflation and supply chain crises on small businesses in Central Florida.

Senator Rick Scott said, “Today, while I was in Orlando hearing from small business owners that are struggling to deal with raging inflation, President Biden was signing into law yet another reckless, partisan tax-and-spending spree that will only push prices higher. Joe Biden's raging inflation crisis has created a new tax on Florida families and business owners, and that tax is rising nearly every month. In Washington, I’m doing everything I can to stop the reckless spending that is wasting Floridians’ tax dollars, fueling inflation and cutting regulations that raise the cost of doing business. Floridians deserve better and I won't stop fighting to lower prices.”
